Feel Good Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Have you hit your winter slump? Feeling fatigued, grumpy, out of sorts? You may not enjoy all the commercial hokeyness of Valentine’s Day but you have to admit it’s a good time of year to bring out the chocolate and hugs! This Friday why not cheer yourself up with some ridiculously delicious AND HEALTHY chocolate avocado mousse?! A few simple ingredients and zero guilt. Whip up a batch and share, or don’t ;)

Chocolate Avocado Mousse

1 cup coconut or almond milk
1 avocado
4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 ½ tablespoons xylitol (or dates, maple syrup, honey, coconut sugar)
Splash of water (optional depending on desired consistency)

Blend all ingredients until silky smooth. Eat and feel happy!
